Terms and Conditions
After booking with one of our company members via WhatsApp or through one of our branches, after sending passport photos and confirming the reservation, you must know the following:
1-The hotels and the offer sent by our company in the selected country are confirmed and approved
2- You will be received by a representative of our company at the airport after your safe arrival, he will handle you the internet SIM cards then you will head to the hotel
3 - Hotel room check-in times are at 2 or 3 pm and room check-out times are at 12 noon
4 - If you request to receive the rooms before 4 o’clock in the morning, so you will be charged for a full night, and if you request it after 4 o’clock in the morning until 2 p.m., so you will be charged for only half a night from the value of the hotel
5 - If the client has a late check-out from the scheduled times, the client will bear the cost of an additional night to the hotel
6- Children up to 6 years old are free in their parents’ room , Children over 6 years old are considered a full person
7- Dear customers, you must send a copy of the flight ticket and passport photos to all individuals to confirm the reservation
8- Program modifications are permitted by agreement between the company and the customer before arrival, with the customer bearing any differences in any changes
9 - 20% of the trip amount is paid before arrival, and the rest of the amount is paid after arriving in the selected country, receiving the hotel rooms, and visiting our main branch in Arab Street, and the company representative gives you a receipt signed and stamped with the company’s seal at our headquarters and office
10- And last but not least, we create memories for all our customers and our main goal is the satisfaction and happiness for all of them
